Funny, the two things I always crave after a ride is a glass of milk and some peanut butter. Maybe my body is right after all.

I love milk! I drink organic now, but it’s like the corner stone of my diet. I think it is why I never had broken a bone, while injuring almost every part of my body at some point in my life!

I stopped drinking milk completely a little over a year ago. I used to drink a ton of it. Still eat dairy though. Even with the organic milk I’m afraid of the hormones contained in milk. After all, milk is growth juice for baby cows.
