Short run before Sunday’s triathlon sprint

Just did a short run this morning to keep a bit of momentum going into Sunday’s race.

My body feels strangely tired for the amount of exercise I’ve been doing this week. Sure hope I’m not getting sick.

I am quite excited though. I can’t wait to see what the whole experience is like.

I’ll report back after the race!
