Short sprint jog
I’m still a bit stiff from Sunday’s race, but decided to do a recovery run this morning. I added some short sprint stints in, just to try something new. I warmed up for 8mins, ran at a fast pace for 3mins and jogged for 3mins. I repeated this cycle and took it easy 4-5mins before the end.
I enjoyed running at a faster pace, but my heart rate shot up to 94% of my max HR. Wish I could regulate the old ticker with a pacemaker or something, lol.
