Upper body workout
Damn, I’m so stiff from yesterday’s strength training session. I focussed on legs only. So I’m a bit numb. I’m still planning on doing a run tomorrow morning… lol. Going to be fun to see how that works out.
Tonight session focussed on the chest, shoulders, arms and back.

Whenever I plan to do my leg workouts I find that do the weights first, and then do a 3-4 mile run later on helps to loosen things up a bit so that the next day my leg muscles aren’t screaming at me
Usually, I’ll do my leg workout on lunch, and then go back for my run after work. Works like a charm!
