Weekly Fort Klapperkop ride
I started cycling over Fort Klapperkop on Wednesday mornings this summer. A few friends joined in and we’ve created a nice little group. They managed to keep the rides going during my operation and this morning I joined in again. The knees held their own, but I’ve lost quite a bit of strength. Either that, or the group has grown much stronger over the past 6 weeks.
It’s great to be back though… and the strength will return over time.
