Hectic week

The last three days of my week was crazy I did not manage to excercise properly. I did some quick weight training sets, but nothing worth mentioning.

This swimming session was a bit easier and I think I’m slowly starting to get a bit more fit.

Frist swim in ages

I’ve never really been into swimming. I think I trained for around 2 months back in 2002, but was never really serious.

I have my first half-distance triathlon on the 3 February, so I will definitely need to practice a bit if I’m not too drown during the “short” 600m. That may sound like nothing, but I was nearly dead after my 400m session today. 400m which included 4 breaks of around 30 seconds each.

I felt that swimming for 20 mins wasn’t nearly enough excercise for the whole weekend so I went for a 6km jog too.
